1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Omnflow service ("Service"). By using the Service, you are entering into a binding agreement with Omnflow ("we", "us", "our").

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. The Service

Omnflow is an AI-powered tool that helps creators repurpose source content into posts for different platforms and plan a content calendar. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your plan.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
  • Infringe intellectual property rights of others.
  • Attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the Service (e.g. malware, probing, scraping).
  • Generate illegal content, hate speech, deepfakes, or content that violates platform policies.
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

5. AI-generated content

You are responsible for the prompts you submit, your use of generated outputs, and for verifying that you have the rights to any content you input. AI outputs may be inaccurate and should not be relied upon as professional advice without independent verification. We may filter, refuse, or remove outputs that violate these Terms.

6. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Polar. Polar is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Polar provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Polar's Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

8. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, documentation, and branding. You retain rights in the content you input, and you grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service.

9. Service availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable export window.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Omnflow is established, without regard to conflict of law rules.
