We want you to be happy with Omnflow. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Polar, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

• Visit polar.sh and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Contact our support team through the app and we'll help you process the refund.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; the 30-day refund window above still applies to your most recent charge.
